Principal Duties and Responsibilities o Greet callers in a courteous, friendly, and professional mannerusing agreed upon procedures o Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrateempathy o Maintains customer records by updating account information o Confirm customer understanding and resolve service problems bydetermining the cause of the problem & selecting the bestresolution to solve the problem o Expediting corrections and/or adjustments; Following up to ensureresolution o Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve thecustomer and/or improve productivity o Utilize computer technology & support tools to handle high callvolumes and respond to common customer requests o Meet Quality Assurance objectives o Participate in activities designed to improve customersatisfaction and business performance o Maintain knowledge of program and handle changes in companypolicies o Answer customer inquiries via phone & email Skills/Qualifications ” Customer Service ” Quality Focus ” Documenting Listening, and Phone skills ” Resolving Conflict ” Analyzing Information ” Time Management ” Knowledge of MS Office products ” Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills ” Bilingual a plus (Spanish and/or Creole) ” Ability to type 40 wpm ” Strong attention to detail ” Ability to work independently in a fast paced structuredenvironment ” Ability to follow established policies/procedures to ensureconsistency and accuracy of results ” Ability to take ownership of tasks through completion Minimum 3 yrs Call Center experience a
