Job Summary:
Supports the Tell Service Center goals of consistently trackingpublic concerns, assigning responsibility and accountability tobusiness partners, communicating with the public using approvedtemplates, proactively identifying repeat and unattended issues,and building and protecting the reputation.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities:
? Interact with local, state, and federal government officials,private citizens, community organizations, emergency managementofficials, investors, and the media via phone, mail, e-mail, orfax, and accurately input issue details into web-based casemanagement system software Provide timely and accurate responses to public constituents usingapproved templates and hand-crafted correspondence. ? Assign accountability and follow up with business partners toensure issue is addressed. ? Maintain and reconcile transactions and activities withinweb-based case management system software. ? Initiating contact with constituents and business partners. ? Assist with developing training materials and training businesspartners on Tell processes and web-based case management systemsoftware. ? Documenting progress in cases for internal and external businesspartners. ? Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned bymanager
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
? Associates degree from anaccredited institution required in Communications, PublicRelations, Public Affairs or related major field of study ? 3 ormore years of experience with written correspondence ? 5 or moreyears of experience required in customer service call centerenvironment
Equivalent Minimum Qualifications:
? Bachelors degree from anaccredited institution in Public Relations, Public Affairs orrelated major field of study ? 2 of more years of experience withwritten correspondence. ? 3 or more years of experience required incustomer service call center environment
Preferred Qualifications:
? 1 or more years of experience withwritten correspondence ? 5 or more years of experience in customerservice call center environment
