8pm to 7am with 1 hour lunch, 4 shifts per week (Monday – Thursday) •Weekends Off!• Job Description The Overnight Tracking Agent provides detailed tracking and customer service support to company drivers and brokered carriers. This role requires computer literacy and the ability to work as a team player, multitask, problem solve, and handle high volume inbound and outbound calls and emails in a stressful environment. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with carriers, handling up to 100 calls a day in a fast-paced setting. Dispatch calls and manage high volumes of emails professionally. Maintain professionalism and composure during stressful calls. Use professional communication skills to interact with clients via email. Demonstrate detail-oriented tracking and data entry abilities. Qualifications to Apply Customer service experience. Basic Excel experience. Experience in logistics, tracking, operations, booking freight, dispatching, carrier sales, and intermodal operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
