We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country. Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote Customer Support Rep experienced in Software/SaaS support Experience with the followings is a big plus, but not required: CRMs, WealthTech, Jira, and/or Confluence Could services, operating systems, and/or browsers You will be customer facing and the first line of support when our clients have an issue with our software.
