Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Member Service Representative to join our high-volume contact center. In this role, you will respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals, providing exceptional customer service in a structured environment. Top Skills –

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to member inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. Provide information regarding the client’s products and services, demonstrating knowledge and active listening skills. Perform transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. Advise members on additional products and services that may meet their needs, fostering positive member interactions. Adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in a call center, administrative, or professional environment is preferred. Ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining policy compliance. Work Environment:

This is a remote opportunity; candidates must reside within 60 miles of Jacksonville, FL, to be considered. The contact center operates 24/7/365, ensuring availability for our members at all times. Scheduled events such as breaks and meals are to be taken as scheduled. Most shifts are flexible, allowing for a one-hour variation in start and end times.
