JOB DESCRIPTION

Service Business Development Center (BDC) Operator will assist customers in all their automotive service needs including the following steps: Handle all incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously Schedule Service appointments Reach out to recalled vehicle owners Provide helpful information on customer vehicle problems or complaints Notify Managers of customer complaints Other duties as assigned

LOCATION + SUPERVISION

Our store is located at 9875 Atlantic Boulevard, Jacksonville, FL 32225, one mile west of I-295. Your direct supervisor will be our BDC Manager, Robby Sharp.
