Dedicated to Excellence, Committed to Service Abeka Offline Agent The Offline Agent is responsible for communication with customers and collaboration with supervisors, other staff, and student employees. The Agent assists with various office projects. Assist Customers
Communicate effectively with Abeka customers regarding shipment, billing, and damages. Communicate with other departments to meet the customer’s needs. Assist Other Departments
Work with and assist others including supervisors, co-workers, and employees of other departments. Assist with special projects in conjunction with other departments as assigned. Increase Job Knowledge
Know and understand all policies, procedures, and processes of the Customer Service Department. Be familiar with each department of the Abeka Office. Recommend Improvements
