What You’ll Be Doing:
Book/Schedule service and showroom appointments by confidently handling incoming calls, emails, text and online chats. Welcome and assist showroom guests with warmth and professionalism—and pitch in with the Sales Team when they need backup. Provide accurate, helpful information using our tools and systems—no guessing games here. Resolve customer questions with confidence, clarity, and care. Perform efficient, accurate data entry to keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. Maintain strong client relationships , offering support before, during, and after the sale.
