TEKsystems is currently hiring for Member ServiceRepresentatives with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution inPensacola, FL to start in the Account Services Department!

Position

• Member Service Representative
• Job Description To respond to inquiries and requests from members and otherindividuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven andstructured contact center operation Provide information regarding the company’s products andservices demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple systemadaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal memberexperience and customer service Perform transactions or related functions for Savings,checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or otheraccounts Advise members of other products and services that may fittheir needs and provide opportunities for positive memberinteraction Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily•Qualifications High School Diploma/ GED required 1-2 years of recent customer service experience workingdirectly with customers (call center, collections, banking) Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume call centerenvironment Willingness to help others and ability to navigate difficultconversations Professional written and verbal communication skills Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills-

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week, shift START times available rangebetween the hours of 7:30AM

• 2:00PM Monday-Saturday (All Saturday’s required. Will have 1
• rotatingoff day during the week)
• MUST have a 6 day availability towork Must have a 9.5 hour window of flexibility to be able to work
• Schedules are provided two weeks in advance.

Training:

Fully ONSITE

• Monday
• Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm NO Time Off during Training
• June 23rd
• August 5th
