$17.50/hour Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for compassionate and dependable individuals to join our Fraud Department as Member Service Representatives (MSRs) . In this role, you’ll be the reassuring voice our members need when they face fraud concerns on their accounts.

What You’ll Do:
Handle high-volume calls from members experiencing fraud issues. Provide empathetic support and quick resolutions to their concerns. Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a structured environment.
Training Expectations:
Comprehensive training for 6 weeks of training including classroom and on-the-job training. Participate in a supportive learning environment with trainers and mentors. After the classroom type of training, you’ll enter nesting period to refine your skills before taking calls independently.
Schedule & Shift Expectations:
Our Contact Center operates 24/7/365, offering a variety of shift options. Expect to work one weekend day and some holidays, with a rotating day off during the week. Your schedule will be available two weeks in advance, allowing for flexibility within a structured framework.
