Member Service Representative (MSR) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a high-volume, 24/7 contact center environment. You will provide information about our products and services, ensuring an optimal member experience through active listening and system adaptability. Your role will also involve performing transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and advising members on other products that may meet their needs. Responsibilities Respond to member inquiries and requests in a timely manner. Provide comprehensive information about products and services. Adapt quickly to multiple systems and engagement methods. Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and IRAs. Advise members on products and services that fit their needs. Ensure policy compliance and high-quality customer service. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a structured environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in customer service and data entry. Experience with inbound and outbound call handling. Ability to work in a high-volume, structured environment. Strong active listening and problem-solving skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments. Why Work Here?
