Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Service Advisor Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role supports our Service Advisors by streamlining communication between customers and technicians, ensuring efficient operations within our service department. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Support Service Advisors with customer inquiries and service coordination Welcome customers and provide clear information on services, pricing, and timelines Schedule appointments and align service times with technician availability Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history Communicate service updates and recommendations to customers Prepare and process service orders, invoices, and related documents Track repair progress and notify customers of any changes or delays Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area Collaborate with technicians and team members to ensure smooth workflow Stay informed about services, products, and promotions Foster top communication Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Prior experience in customer service, preferably in automotive or diesel service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency; experience with service management software is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional development and training Supportive, team-oriented work environment Schedule Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM 4/10’s on a rotating schedule Equal Opportunity Employer RDI Power is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
