Inbound Sales/Customer Service Representative EcoFloridian® Lawn & Pest Control Weeki Wachee, FL 34607 , Company Overview EcoFloridian Services, LLC is a family-owned pest control company dedicated to providing safe and effective lawn and pest control solutions. Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident, self-motivated individual to handle inbound calls and convert leads into scheduled services for our pest control and lawn fertilization business. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from potential customers and existing clients Qualify and convert inbound leads into appointments or sales Explain services clearly and professionally, addressing questions or concerns Schedule service visits and input customer details accurately into our CRM Follow up with leads who have requested information but not yet booked Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic issues, or direct them to appropriate staff Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge Payment handling (credit card, ACH, delinquent accounts) Proposal creation using real estate tools (Zillow, Property Appraiser, etc.) Dispatching and technician communication Service appointment follow-ups and history management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call handling preferred Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and CRM systems Knowledge of pest control or lawn care services is a plus (training provided) Specific Software Proficiency Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word) Adobe Acrobat PestPac software (training provided) Zillow Google Maps If you are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and want to be part of a dedicated team that values safety and quality, we invite you to apply today at EcoFloridian Services, LLC!
