We are a fast-paced company; this position is not your traditional Customer Service environment. We are looking for a high energy professional with a desire to perform well and develop with the company.

PM POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing all the customer service-related tasks needed.
• Guide customers through their orders and process them in a fast-paced environment using NetSuite.
• Communicate with a professional, positive, and friendly disposition with customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Help customers navigate Masters Building Products’ website (placing orders online).
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability, to our customers, following the company policies. Answer all the questions according to the level of the customer to ensure world class customer service. Seeking advice from partners when needed.
• Manage relationship with all sales representatives to promote sales and growth.
• Become knowledgeable in the products we offer in order to help to fulfill customers’ needs and complete the project. able to learn about the different products so be able to offer different options to the customers.
• Collect, follow-up and upload all payments promptly per the SOP.
• Balancing and closing out your cash drawer. If your drawer is out of balance, and you cannot find why, you must research the reason for the variance and report. Variances will be expected to be paid back before you leave for your shift.
• Work with internal departments to meet our customers’ needs.
• Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries, and order status questions.
• Submit quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items.
• Opens customer accounts once according with the

• The ability to multitask with multiple lines of communications and multiple projects will be an everyday expectation.

Required Qualifications:

Education A college degree is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years: Experience as a successful Customer Service, preferably in the contraction, flooring, or lumber sales industry or similar.
