PM Responsibilities:
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently. Take detailed messages and ensure they reach the appropriate legal team member. Conduct intake for potential new clients, gathering essential information for consultations. Follow up on missed calls and voicemails to ensure no inquiry goes unanswered. Assist legal assistants in problem-solving and client communications as needed. Maintain organized call logs and records to track client inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all callers. Work closely with the legal team to streamline client communications.
Requirements:
Native Spanish speaker with fluent English communication skills (both written and oral). Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist, call center, or similar administrative role preferred. Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and patience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage high call volume effectively. Proficiency in Gmail, Microsoft Office, and phone systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a legal team. High integrity, reliability, and a commitment to long-term employment with our firm.
