Join Our Team as a Reimbursement Coordinator (Call Center Position)! Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference every day? We’re looking for a Reimbursement Coordinator (Call Center Position) to join our dynamic team! In this role, you ll serve as the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, providing exceptional service and support with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency. This role handles inbound and outbound calls.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (same for training)

Be Doing:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care, resolving issues in just one call whenever possible. Accurately report adverse events within designated timeframes. Create and complete referrals and applications, ensuring all information is up to date with current policies and procedures. Quickly investigate and resolve patient or physician concerns, providing timely, thoughtful solutions. Document detailed information in our internal software while engaging with patients over the phone. Conduct follow-up calls and confirmations to ensure a seamless patient experience. Deliver exceptional customer service, offering empathy, education, and clear communication. Collaborate with referral sources to process new applicants efficiently. Manage patient accounts from first contact through final resolution (approval or denial). Stay organized and responsive, even while juggling multiple tasks. What We re

A natural communicator with outstanding customer support skills Previous customer service experience preferred (call center experience is a plus!) Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance policies, preferred Attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Must have reliable internet and confirmation will be required.
