As a Chat Support Representative at our Tampa location, you’ll have the unique opportunity to assist our valued customers in real-time through chat. Whether they have questions, need assistance, or just want to know more about our services, you’ll be the friendly face (well, technically a friendly text!) that they turn to for help. What you’ll be up to: Engaging with customers through our chat platform, providing swift and friendly support. Understanding customer queries to deliver accurate and timely information. Resolving customer issues with a cheerful and solution-oriented approach. Ensuring a seamless and delightful experience as you handle multiple chats. Knowing when to escalate matters to ensure customer concerns are fully addressed.
Requirements:
Ideally, you have 1+ years of sales experience, but don’t worry if you’re just starting out! Experience in hospitality or a call center is a plus, but not mandatory. You possess excellent communication and writing skills. Comfortable using computers, including typing and navigating multiple tabs and systems. You’re passionate about resolving issues and making customers smile. You bring a dynamic, energetic personality to the team. Ability to juggle tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage your time. A strong phone presence with experience making lots of calls is a bonus!

Full-Time Hours:
