Job Description

CSR – Customer Service Representative (340B Program) No need for confidential Tampa, FL 33602 • Hybrid work Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Customer Support/Service Focus Representative who will take on a hybrid role involving both customer support/service and account management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-level customer service and relationship management, with experience in industries such as hospitality, logistics (3PL shipping companies like FedEx or UPS), or healthcare (nursing or pharmacology). This role will focus on maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring seamless service delivery, especially in relation to our 340B program. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide proactive customer support by understanding client needs, resolving issues, and anticipating potential problems. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure clients receive exceptional service. Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of solutions. Adapt to 340B program changes and help clients understand the nuances of the program as it impacts their business. Monitor key account metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with both clients and internal stakeholders. Skills Proven experience in customer service or account management, preferably in hospitality, logistics, or healthcare industries. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues effectively and professionally. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with attention to detail. A background in nursing, pharmacology, or a related healthcare field is a plus. Experience with 340B programs or healthcare compliance is preferred but not required.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in high-end hospitality, 3PL logistics (outside sales, FedEx, UPS), or healthcare-related fields is highly desirable.
