USIG is looking for a Customer Care Specialist for our Odessa, FL facility.
Job Description:
This is an office-based position, assisting with the flooring installation process from beginning to end. Must have great customer service skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Constant interaction with our retail partner, installers, and customers
- Schedule installations and confirm appointments with customers
- Monitor and track installations and service calls
- Solve customer problems and issues Job Requirements
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are a huge plus
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Strong phone presence including the ability to solve customer issues.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
