Customer Service Associate Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

Customer Service Associate Excel Music Inc 10353 Cross Creek Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33647 Music school is looking for a Customer Service Office Administrator. This is a part-time position (about 20-24 hours per week) with opportunities to advance in management and pay raise incentives.

Hours :

Thursday 1:30-9:30, Friday 1:30-7:30, Saturday 9:30-3:30. Another team member works Monday-Wednesday 1:30-9:30. Ability to occasionally switch shifts and cover absences is also needed. The starting compensation is $13 per hour with paid training. Must have reliable transportation and be reliable. No music or music education experience is required. Must be able to fill in once in a while on a different day for other associate (we’re a team!).

Job Duties :

Answering phones (We’re looking for that wonderful voice that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers). An ability to sell themselves as well as our services. Looking for someone with a happy, outgoing, up-beat personality. Registering clients. No cold calls! Providing excellent customer service to retain the clients we already have. Processing paperwork. Light cleaning. Communicating with teachers, staff and clients. Minimal retail sales. Interacting with customers. Good typing skills. Ideal qualifications and experience : Hospitality Phone customer support Retail Any position that is fast paced, with a lot of interaction with the public. At least a year working for a customer service and system-reliant company. Any position where both in-person and telephone customer service was a job staple. Ideal traits : Very comfortable with computers. Great memory (forgetful types need not apply). Extremely organized (list-keepers, yes; sticky notes everywhere, no) Good with Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Comfortable learning new software and systems and able to adapt to new procedures and systems, as required. Excellent phone and customer service skills. Ability to work unsupervised. Ability to switch-task and keep up with lots of details. Able to keep up with a fast paced environment, and also keep busy when it’s quieter by organizing work space and systems. Loves researching to solve problems. Job specifics : Part-time.

Salary:

starting/training at $13.00/hour. See additional compensation, below, for details. One location No working on/around major holidays (2 weeks off at Christmas/New Year’s, 1 week off for 4th of July, 1 week off for Thanksgiving, both Memorial Day and Labor Day, off)

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Customer Service:

1 year. Driver’s License and reliable transportation. United States work eligible. Able to work in northern area of zip code 33647. Able to work day/hour shown and occasionally cover other days/hours for other team members. Fluent in English—additional languages are a bonus.

Additional Compensation :

Bonuses at 90 days ($200) and 180 days (additional $200). Automatic pay raise to $14/hour after completion of 1st 90 days, with further compensation and advancement available over time.
