Customer Service Lot Attendant Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service•Assist auto dealers and auction customers with any questions or concerns Patrol the car lot to ensure all customers have been assisted Use radios to communicate with the team and respond to customer requests Unlock “blue boxes” that hold keys for high-end vehicles Assist customers with jump-starting vehicles when needed Use Lot Vision (a VIN database) to help locate cars quickly Guide customers to vehicle locations and provide assistance as needed Maintain a calm demeanor while interacting with customers, especially in high-stress situations De-escalate tense situations•Auto dealers can get frustrated, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are key! What will you need as an Customer Service Lot Attendant? Valid FL Driver’s License Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude! Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced or stressful situations Experience handling difficult customers and de-escalating conflicts Jump starting vehicles Ability to work in an outside environment, including the heat and sun Ability to stand for entirety of shift Must not have any felonies in the last 7 years Must pass a 5-panel drug test
