Customer Service & Office Assistant Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 Hour Unpaid Lunch) Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves talking to people, and can juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile on your face? If you have excellent phone skills, strong customer service etiquette, and are highly organized, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency. Provide outstanding customer service both over the phone and in person. Greet and assist walk-in customers; help identify and sell the right parts and services. Perform daily data entry of jobs into our system (speed and accuracy are a must). Maintain a clean, organized office environment daily. Assist management with special projects including: Responding to online reviews. Posting on social media platforms. Promoting and selling our services via phone and email. Collecting payments on unpaid invoices. Reaching out to property managers and potential clients to introduce our services. Handle other administrative and support duties as they come up.
