In this role, you’ll be the frontline of our business, ensuring exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency. We are a Contract Garment Decoration facility for the promotional Products Industry. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Process and manage customer orders via phone and email
- Review incoming orders for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility
- Verify order specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, or issues
- Document all customer interactions in our system
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency with MS Office and order management systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- High school diploma required; associate degree a plus
