Job Summary This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up, and resolution to client inquiries or issues. Job Responsibilities Assist customer with product questions, inventory checks, ordering, order tracking, complaints, and problems Enter orders into system for production, billing, and delivery Coordinate production with site and provide commit date to customer timely Set up new customers via Workflow Gen Answer incoming calls Take sales orders from sales representatives and customers by phone Assisting walk-in counter customers Receiving cash payments and running credit card approvals and check approvals Print and distribute e-mailed customer purchase orders Maintain stock levels as needed for current and future orders Monitor resale item stock levels and request POs as needed Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent or an equivalent in related experience
Detailed oriented
Good with basic math
Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail
Pleasant phone & email personality
Pleasant with customers in person Ability to multi-task
Self-starter
Sales, purchasing & inventory knowledge are a plus but not mandatory
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to spend time in yard in heat/cold Must wear appropriate PPE when outside in yard
Ability to perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer
Bending and some lifting
Extensive email writing
