Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers, “above and beyond” customer service attitude, and efficiently multitask. Experience with AVImark Veterinary Software is a plus. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for but not limited to: Answering Phones, making appointments, communicating with clients in a respectful way, processing payments, prescriptions knowledge and preparation, verify owner information, checking out patients, and other administrative tasks.
