Customer Service Representative Greenworks Inc. 4944 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Plant City, FL 33566 Customer Service Representative – Local Pest Control & Lawn Fertilization Company We’re not a call center—we’re a local, family-owned pest control and lawn fertilization company in Plant City, FL, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people. If you’re organized, friendly, and calm under pressure, you could be the perfect fit for our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a large number of inbound calls with confidence and accuracy Respond to customer inquiries, schedule services, and take payments Record customer interactions using our internal software Assist with administrative duties and office support as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong written and verbal communication High attention to detail and organization Ability to resolve customer issues calmly and efficiently Professional phone etiquette and multitasking skills Proficient in Excel and comfortable with office software Prior experience in pest control, landscaping, or service industries is a plus
