Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Prestige Auto and Truck Glass LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Located in Odessa, Florida, this role is crucial in delivering outstanding service and support, contributing to our mission of client satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and courtesy. Assist customers with scheduling appointments for glass repairs and replacements, reviewing texts and voicemails daily for last-minute schedule changes (e.g., address changes, reschedules). Provide detailed information about our services and pricing to clients. Handle debit and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently during service appointments. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry, including placing completed orders in Excel. Support outbound calling efforts to follow up with clients regarding their service needs and update them on anticipated installation times. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers. Review and organize emails daily. Print receipts for purchase orders and pass them to accounting. Register completed jobs from the previous day, prioritizing dealer jobs for immediate invoicing. Submit copies of work orders requiring calibration to accounting, including calibration type and installation number. Request list price, part number, and ETA from dealers for windshield replacements requiring OEM glass. Obtain approval from insurance companies for OEM glass before ordering and inform customers of the status and approximate delivery date via call or text. Order glass for the next day from Mygrant, Pilkington, and PGW around 4 PM. Update social media with pictures and videos of completed jobs. Send review requests via text to satisfied customers to grow Google reviews. Requirements Bilingual (Spanish Speaking required.) Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on client interaction. Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Familiarity with data entry processes, Excel, and computer systems is preferred Salary ($15 Hour – $20 Hour + Commission) – Depending on Experience.
