We have over 100 different outdoor lighting products that we engineer, manufacture, and distribute. We believe the proper lighting can make the night as beautiful as the day. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and extremely organized individual to join our team. The Customer Service Support role initiates, coordinates, and executes sales support for the Company. Customer Service Support works directly with the National Sales Director, Sales Territory Managers and interacts with customers/partners. Duties Support the internal sales team and National Sales Director Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies Manage customer accounts, order entry fulfillment including coordinating and tracking orders. Verify and maintain account information in Acumatica and HubSpot Prospect in underrepresented markets and identify key players to introduce Garden Light LED. Qualify and assign leads to Territory Manager Answers and handles telephone calls in a professional and timely manner. Exercises considerable judgment and discretion in handling sales-related inquiries. Composes, types, and distributes professional correspondence, E-mails, and individual initiatives as assigned. Prepares client and prospect quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses. Create lighting designs based on architectural plans/photographs. Assists with special projects as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned by sales representatives or management. Experience Customer service, administration or sales support preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and help meet sales targets Proficiency in technology sales tools, CRM software such as HubSpot or similar software, MS Office applications, ERP management tools (we use Acumatica) Quickly learn past and current LED Lighting products Positively interact with Contractors, Architects & Specifiers, Lighting Designers, and other verticals regarding LED lighting products and services Full comprehension of all products, design, and installation Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees. Acute attention to detail High School Diploma needed – Associates Degree a plus, Bachelors even better Qualifications Strong negotiation and customer service skills Flexible and coachable Proficiency in oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle inbound and outbound calls Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems Intense drive and unsurpassed work ethic Fierce desire to succeed, A “get it done” and positive attitude. Ability to thrive in the face of repeated rejection. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organize and streamline processes and put standard operating procedures in place
