We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support, both over the phone and through email/chat. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and interacting with customers in a non-call-center setting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and online chat inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of all customer needs.
  • Perform general office and administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to our products or services, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Address customer inquiries related to shipping and logistics.
  • Support the Customer Claims process for damaged or missing products, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Escalate complex issues or tickets to management when necessary.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to help improve our offerings and services.
  • Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and platforms is a plus, ( Salesforce is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; work under tight deadlines
  • Technology:

    we require the ability to operate telephones, smartphones, tablets, printers, desktop and laptop computers and all associated software programs including word, excel, internet and database applications, and database management. The right fit will be tech savvy and highly computer literate.

  • Bi-lingual, English/Spanish is a plus This position will be office-based in our Tampa/Brandon office for a minimum of the first 90-days of employment.

Most of our teams are currently working a hybrid schedule which requires 2 days a week/every week in the office and the remaining 3 days at home. All hybrid employees are required to maintain a designated work space in their home; free from interruptions and distractions and provide their own internet service. Hybrid may be available after all training is satisfactorily completed. This decision will be made by management at the appropriate time. Work hours for this position will be Monday through Thursday 9:00 am-6:00 pm and Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 pm est.
