Job Description
Customer Service/ Triage agent United Health and Life Agency 3618 Erindale Drive, Valrico, FL 33596 Seeking motivated and friendly customer service/sales representatives to complete triage forms and process for patients in setting up genetic testing for them, and connecting them to a telehealth doctor. Ability to copy and paste and multitask will come in handy. Specifically looking for individuals who have experience working on the phone, you will utilize your core skills in communication and phone etiquette to assist customers effectively. Your ability to collaborate with sales teams will enhance the customer experience and drive satisfaction. Sales Pipeline management will also come in handy. This job is from 10 A.M to 6 P.M Monday through Thursday and from 10 A.M to 5 P.M on Friday ,with a paid hour lunch each day . Base pay is $600/wk with $50.00 per deal.
