We are looking to fill this position with someone with an existing Customer Support background with a history of putting the customer first and desire to track and close tickets quickly and efficiently. What You’ll Do:

Develop a strong knowledge of our software products and overall solution and industry Receive, understand and escalate technical cases from customers ensuring expectations are exceeded Proactively communicate with internal and external customers Successfully deliver high quality service and support, with a strong focus on achieving a great experience for our customers Demonstrate passion for customer satisfaction and ignite that passion in others Adeptly utilize our current internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application following up on your assignments Contribute company-wide: As a product expert your skills will be valuable throughout many areas of the company with opportunities to participate with Sales (e.g. participate in presentations / prospective customer discussions), Marketing (e.g. option to attend and assist at trade shows and events), new product development and more Who You Are A good organizer, planner and communicator Have a good mix of IT (entry level), technical skills

  • this is a customer facing role that is focused on applications that operate in a highly technical environment
  • so your duties will include software and related (basic) network / connectivity / hardware support Any association with or knowledge of Police/Fire/EMS a bonus What We Need At least 2 years related experience (software customer support) Excellent customer service and phone skills Ability to effectively operate in a dynamic environment Ability to logically break down and prioritize problems
