This is an on site position for our in office in Odessa, FL Ideal candidate would preferably have dispatch experience in HVAC or similar service industry and posses the ability to ensure proper routing of calls/techs throughout the day. Multitasking ability in a fast paced environment, with minimal supervision is crucial. Looking for a go-getter, looking to make some extra money on the weekend Experience with Housecall Pro dispatch software preferred, but not required. Must be proficient in office365, using slack and customer management software. MUST be available to work every Saturday through December! Shift is 8-5, with an hour lunch. Responsibilities include Answering incoming calls Scheduling service appointments and ensuring the right technician is assigned to the right call based on experience, skill set, location, etc. Managing the schedule throughout the day and updating technicians on availability Maintaining accurate records in Housecall Pro Ability to de-escalate upset customers Perform outbound follow up calls to customers Providing top-notch customer service at all times Create reports in excel, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

REQUIRED

experience 2 years working as a dispatcher with a home service company(plumbing, hvac, electrical, etc) Windows office proficient (excel, word) Formal customer service representative training Routing ability with strong familiarity with the Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas and Hernando county areas. Preferred experience Experience using Housecall Pro a plus Payroll, accounting, human resources or prior fleet management experience a plus
