Job Description:
As a Ford Service Writer , you will be the bridge between customers and our service technicians. You will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, assessing vehicle needs, and coordinating repairs and maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor. Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations clearly and accurately. Prepare detailed service estimates and explain pricing and timelines. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow. Keep customers informed about repair progress and any changes. Handle service records and ensure proper documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or similar role (preferably in a Ford dealership). Strong knowledge of automotive services, repairs, and warranties. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with dealership software and Microsoft Office. High school diploma or equivalent (automotive certifications are a plus).
