In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support in a office environment, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Utilize health insurance terminology to assist with client documentation and data entry tasks accurately. Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and team members to ensure seamless operations within the medical office. Analyze client information and maintain accurate records in compliance with health insurance regulations. Demonstrate proficient phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments. Support administrative tasks including filing, organizing client records, and maintaining a clean office environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance client care and improve office efficiency. Preferred Experience – No Experience Needed High school diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus. Knowledge of health insurance terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare setting is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
