In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will engage with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on leads and provide information about products. Assist in inside sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Negotiate terms with customers to ensure satisfaction while achieving business objectives. Support business development initiatives by generating new leads through telemarketing efforts. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using relevant software tools. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in technology sales or related fields is a plus. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information is a plus. Familiarity with software applications used in customer relationship management (CRM) is a plus. Ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients is a plus. Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is highly desirable. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills is a plus.
