The majority of the time in this role will focus on policy reviews, including coverage reviews, requoting policies, and helping transition when a better policy is available.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person
• Successfully manage a wide array of policy tasks (both proactive and reactive)
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about insurance policies and coverages
• Update client file with thorough notes Provide client payment reminders

Qualifications:

• Have or be able to obtain FL insurance licenses (4-40, 20-44, or 2-20) within 60 days
• Insurance agency experience is helpful but not required
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person
• Excellent phone etiquette as well as excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Fast and accurate typing (minimum 35 words per minute)
• Comfortable with MS Office applications and CRM database updates are helpful
