Responsibilities Assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations for their health insurance options. Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex options clearly. Negotiate terms and conditions of benefit plans with clients and insurance providers. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for enhancing client offerings. Conduct telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
