Maintain accurate records of client interactions, manage calendars, and schedule client appointments Engage in warm outreach to clients—build confidence and skills with our training. Contribute to a supportive and respectful office culture. Track expenses, maintain CRM updates, and support team members. Collaborate with marketing and sales to align messaging with client needs. Track and organize business expenses and related documentation. Help design visual content and correspondence using Canva. Organize travel, team schedules, and company records.
