The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a temporary position between 5/6-5/12. Training will be provided the week earlier on a part-time basis. Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone and web in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively. Handle credit card transactions and ensure accuracy. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional support. Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system. Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with customers. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve issues. Qualifications Previous experience in a call center or office environment is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping. Excellent customer support skills with the ability to empathize with customers’ needs. Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on the phone. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to analyze situations effectively. Experience with cash handling is a plus but not required.
