Client Services Associate Dora Pines Mount Dora, FL 32757 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by performing various administrative tasks. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. The Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting clients, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the office. Duties Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in filing and record-keeping using Google Suite and QuickBooks. Support medical or dental reception duties as needed, including patient check-in and check-out processes. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing. Maintain organized files, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information. Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus but not required. Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is desirable. Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation. Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for effective task management. Previous experience as a Clerk or Personal Assistant is beneficial. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
