Summary Our Client Services Representatives work to deliver the highest quality service to all members and guests, providing them with an extraordinary experience from the moment they enter the club. By offering professional greetings, account support, and expert-level knowledge of our products and services, our Front Desk Associates consistently exceed the needs of members and guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests to the club, scan membership cards and respond to questions regarding membership accounts. Enter sales transactions for members, including program, service, and other payments. Process member paperwork, including address changes and electronic funds transfers. Answer club phone to assist with member and guest inquiries, transfer calls as necessary. Maintain an orderly and clean work area. Greet new and prospective members, guiding them to the appropriate team member for club tours as needed. Provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Support other departments with related tasks.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year customer service or related experience Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly Interest in health, fitness, and/or sports highly preferred Ability to effectively communicate in person, via email, and via phone. Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time. Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends. Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds. We offer competitive compensation, as well as benefits for full time employees.
