Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Warehouse Customer Service Representative in Simpsonville, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting customers with orders and inquiries. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below. In a Warehouse Customer Service Representative role, you’ll be responsible for: Assist with customer quotes, questions, and concerns
Resolve customer issues and/or complaints
Process customer orders and send order confirmations
Assist with all areas of order processing including invoicing What you’ll need: High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent 2 years of warehouse and/or industrial customer service experience Ability to stay calm in high paced work environment and/or with upset customers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
