Customer Service Rep 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars 17185 State Road 50, Clermont, FL 34711 This position will facilitate our customers’ time during their visit to our location. The job encompasses the proper satisfaction of customers and vehicle-related problems, meeting all their expectations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for customers. Promptly meet and greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Listen to customers’ reasons for bringing in their vehicle to the service department. Provide accurate estimates of time and report back to customers the progress Handle minor customer complaints and/or misunderstandings with courtesy, tact and in a manner that does not further aggravate problems. Personally, turn over to the service manager or other designated management representative, customers with complaints Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, courteously and make every effort to satisfy the caller’s inquiry.
