Job Description:
We are seeking an online chat representative to join our team of knowledgeable and seasoned customer service professionals. Our business has provided our customers with unrivaled training, service, and support to assist them meet the regulatory requirements of their careers. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist our clients in making crucial choices that will affect their professional futures. To address problems, answer questions, and troubleshoot, customers and chat representatives communicate via email or live chat.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer all client inquiries truthfully and promptly.
Give current and prospective customers advise on how to enroll in the finest course or course programs available.
Assist clients with their inquiries.
Tech support should be made available to online students.
Be cool and collected when handling challenging client situations.
Remotely work with the management team and other departments.
Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of experience in customer service.
The capacity and drive to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, the capacity to operate remotely, and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
The capacity to swiftly pick up and use new technological platforms.
