Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative at Animal Medical Clinic of Fairburn, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional care to our clients and their pets. We seek a passionate individual with strong attention to detail to build lasting relationships, manage appointments, and advocate for the well-being of our patients.

Job Duties:

Greet clients with enthusiasm Answer multi-line phone system Schedule daily appointments Organize next day procedures Scan and upload patient documents Outline costs and fees in a positive light while supporting hospital payment policies Educate clients on best pet care recommendations Respond appropriately to emergencies when they arise Ensure the comfort of clients and patients during wait times, explain any delays to clients Work closely with technicians and doctors to ensure patients and clients receive the best care Ability to handle financial transactions with accuracy.

Love for animals and people Professional demeanor and outgoing personality Positive, will-do attitude Attention to detail is critical Strong relationship building and bonding skills, both face-to-face and over the phone Great memory for client and patient names, ability to greet them by name Commitment to working within a team environment Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations Organized and able to multi-task in a busy work setting Must be computer savvy Must be reliable and dependable Veterinary experience is preferred
