We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support
Shift/Hours:
Monday•Friday 9 AM•5
PM Pay Range:
$17 /hr
Location:
Fort Myers, FL
Job Responsibilities:
Manage incoming customer calls with professionalism.
Deliver comprehensive information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and empathetically.
Record all customer interactions accurately in our database system.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors as needed.
Protect customer confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Participate in continuous training to improve skills and knowledge.
Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Skills Required:
Minimum of 8+ months of recent customer service experience.
Experience with CRM software and phone systems preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong active listening skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficient typing and basic computer skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Patience and emotional intelligence when handling challenging situations.
