This person will be the point of contact for all incoming calls or email requests from residents and internal departments for Maintenance, Housekeeping, or Property/Landscape issues. This person will also handle resident questions, complaints, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve resident issues with one call resolution. In addition, this person will also monitor the emergency call system, schedules Special Services, issues resident bar codes, golf cart and bicycle stickers, and handles the renting of resident storage lockers. A strong customer service background is required. This is a part-time evening shift position working 3pm-11pm.
