Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Provide detailed information about our products, services, and company policies to customers.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and with empathy.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within our database system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors as needed.
Ensure customer confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Meet or exceed performance targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
Support special projects and perform other assigned duties.
Skills Required:
At least 8+ months of recent experience in customer service.
Experience with CRM software and phone systems is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong active listening skills and attention to detail.
Proficient typing and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Demonstrated patience and emotional intelligence when handling challenging situations.
Shift/Hours:
Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5
PM Pay Range:
$17 /hr
