Customer Service Representative:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will conduct customer and business acquisitions by introducing yourself, initiate conversations, and gauge interest in AT&T services Learn the process of sales order placement to be able to recommend services, plans, updates, and accessories to customers Track and manage sales activity and metrics using internal systems to maintain transparency and customer satisfaction Confidently deliver product presentations, clearly explaining benefits, pricing, and addressing questions from the product knowledge training acquired Open new business accounts by guiding customers through the sign-up process, verifying details, and ensuring accurate documentation. Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions Maintaining a professional demeanor, problem-solving on the spot, and providing excellent service
Customer Service Representative Skills:
