Maintain accurate records through data entry and computerized systems to ensure seamless patient interactions. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes effectively. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or medical office environment. Previous Call Center experience is a plus Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate patient records. Proficient in using computer systems for data management and communication purposes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus. Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide timely solutions.
